The summer months are from March to May with May being the hottest month. The temperature ranges from 25°C to 44°C accompanied by hot winds.

The monsoon season is from July to September. The town receives the highest rainfall in August. The skies remain overcast with clouds and the days are humid and wet.

The winter season is from November to February. The weather is mild and pleasant, and temperature remains between 9°C to a maximum of 25°C.
